The recognition was presented by Robby Myer, Architects Concierge at Golden State Lumber, during the Architects Concierge Event, hosted in partnership with the American Institute of Architects (AIA) in Berkeley, California. BurnBlock-treated Maximo Thermo products are WUI (Wildland–Urban Interface) compliant, meeting stringent fire-resistance standards required in high-risk fire zones.
